Todd Rogers grew up playing viola in school orchestras, taking private lessons, and singing in choirs, but he didn’t really discover music until his adulthood. After giving up the viola through college and then some, he bought a cheap violin and started jamming – playing “off the page” with friends. He soon found his way to Music for People. A graduate of the Musicianship and Leadership Program, he combines his background in teambuilding, wilderness leadership and teaching with a love for his inner music and leading others to find theirs. Todd has performed with several combos in Central NY State doing a blend of rock, folk, blues, and some old hillbilly stuff and facilitates inner music workshops and drum circles.
