(1960-2016) Dorothy Sikora was a singer/songwriter, professional pianist, vocalist, recording artist, teacher, drum circle facilitator and mother. She performed at special events and composed for television and her Latin Jazz Band. She studied composition, piano and voice at Berklee College of Music in Boston.
For many years, Dorothy was a Director of Music Together®. Dorothy was a member of the National Piano Teachers Guild, Music For People, the Director of Joy of Music and Music Teacher at a Child’s Place in Lincroft. Dorothy ran several music and voice programs at schools, camps, parks, and teambuilding for corporations. Dorothy was a Billboard Songwriting Contest winner for her song “Smile”.
