Once candidates have completed the Musicianship and Leadership Program, they have much to offer the Music for People community, and each other.

Graduates often volunteer to facilitate a session during the weekend workshop and coordinate refresher classes in styles of music improvisation, techniques of group facilitation, playing in ensembles, or teaching music improvisation.

Graduates are sometimes invited to offer elective classes open to the whole community. Graduates can also offer one-on-one sessions for participants during the weekend. Their expertise is appreciated as they model advanced skills when the groups integrate. The Graduates love coming back because of the strong musical community and the abundance of playing opportunities during the weekends.
