Stephanie has played cello professionally since the age of 16 and is now touring the country as founding member of the original pop music group The Nudes, whose self titled CD received rave reviews in the US and Canada, including "Critics Choice" in Billboard. She has degrees in cello performance, music and and music education, has taught instrumental music, cello, orchestra, chamber music, music theory and history, and is a certified practitioner of educational kinesthetics. Stephanie has been on the faculty of the New School for Social Research and has taught at Columbia University and Hunter College.
