Uniting her love for human beings and music, Monique offers innovative piano teaching inspired by the needs and interests of each student. She opened her own studio, Le Piano Creatif, in 1991 and offers creative workshops built on improvisation, with special attention paid to the integration of body and mind. Monique inroduces participants to their deep and creative selves through a combination of music, movement, and drama. Monique has a BA in performance from Ecole Vincen-d'Indy, Montreal, and an MA in musical education from the Universite Laval, Quebec.
